ARGHH!! :(

my second post for the day..
rather sad la...
cos went running...
so decided to go to the stadium to practice for my 2.4 lorh..
den lastly ran a total of 13 mins!
depproved...last year was 11mins..
now ish 13 mins..i think im getting older and older alr la!!
argh!!
not happy with the results..so gonna run again on sunday..
or might be going cycling??hahas.
either one la :D
